With the help of our Muscle Zoo friends, we teach the fundamentals of martial arts in this high-energy progression-based program. Students learn & practice the traditions & skills of the sport, and receive colored belts and stripes for their achievement. Hi-yah! Class begins with a bow-in & warm up, then the skill and move of the day is introduced. Students practice and perform the skill, bringing it all together and closing out with a fun & interactive game. Each skill introduced is designed for progression with beginner, immediate, and advanced modifications allowing each student to progress at their own pace in a mixed ability group setting.
